YOUR STARTING POINT

Is this the right
next step?

Important tasks depend on individual knowledge, handovers are inconsistent or each campaign starts from scratch. The team needs agreed ways of working that are practical enough to use.

For B2B SaaS marketing teams that need to document and improve a defined set of recurring processes, such as campaign delivery, content approvals, lead handover or reporting.

WHAT YOU LEAVE WITH

Clear responsibilities.
Repeatable delivery.

Duration and fixed fee are to be agreed once the scope and required inputs are clear.

  1. Workflow assessment

Map the agreed processes, tools, inputs, handovers and recurring points of friction.

  2. Roles and operating rules

Define responsibilities, decision points, approval requirements and exception handling for the named workflows.

  3. SOPs and reusable checklists

Create an agreed set of step-by-step procedures, templates and checklists, written for the people doing the work.

  4. Team walkthrough and ownership

Review the procedures with the team, test them against representative scenarios and agree how they will be maintained.

WORK DIRECTLY WITH IAN

From the brief
to your next move.

  1. Select the workflows. Agree the processes and improvements that matter most.
  2. Map how work happens. Review current tasks, responsibilities and handovers.
  3. Document the agreed approach. Create the procedures, operating rules and reusable checklists.
  4. Walk through and hand over. Test the documentation with the team and assign ownership for updates.
A CLEAR SCOPE

What we need.
What’s included.

What we’ll need from you

Access to the people doing the work, current process notes and tools, representative examples, known issues and the decision-makers who can agree responsibilities.

Scope boundaries

A named set of workflows and an agreed number of SOPs, templates and review rounds. System configuration, integration development, organisation-wide change management and ongoing administration are separate. Where automation would help, the implementation requirements are identified for a subsequent scope.

PRACTICAL DETAILS

Before
we start.

Can you automate the workflows as well?

The sprint defines and documents the workflow. Hands-on CRM or marketing-automation configuration can be delivered through a separately scoped implementation engagement.

How detailed will the SOPs be?

We agree the users and required level of detail, aiming for procedures that are clear enough to follow and practical to maintain.

Does this include training?

A walkthrough of the agreed procedures is included. A wider training programme or continuing onboarding support is scoped separately.

How long does it take and what does it cost?

Duration and fixed fee are to be agreed. We’ll confirm the scope, inputs, review points and timing before the engagement starts.
