Marketing Automation Implementation & Configuration
Deploy marketing automation that turns agreed journeys into working campaigns and follow-up.

Built around
your process.
Your marketing needs more than a collection of disconnected sends and manual tasks. A useful automation setup connects audience data, forms, segmentation, journeys and reporting around clear responsibilities.
For B2B SaaS teams introducing marketing automation or improving a defined part of an existing platform. The tools, campaigns and journeys included are agreed before implementation.
Working journeys.
Clear follow-up.
Discovery establishes the scope. Phases, milestones, timing and fees are agreed before implementation begins.
Journey and platform design
Agree the priority journeys, audience and consent inputs, segmentation, qualification logic and reporting requirements.
Platform deployment and configuration
Configure the named environment, user access, sender settings, forms, reusable templates and relevant platform settings, with agreed technical dependencies.
Automated campaigns and nurture
Build the agreed segments, email sequences, scoring logic, triggers and workflows. Name each journey and its entry, exit and exception rules.
Testing, tracking and reporting
Test forms, links, tracking, audience entry and exit, suppression and the agreed handover points. Configure the reporting needed to monitor the setup.
Launch and team handover
Complete agreed acceptance checks, document the journeys and settings, and walk the team through how to run and maintain them.

What we’ll need from you
Platform and licence details, access to the agreed tools, approved messaging and brand assets, campaign requirements, an appropriate audience source, and stakeholders for data, sender-domain settings, sales follow-up and approvals.
How we agree the scope
A bespoke implementation with named platforms, journeys, forms, templates, integrations, asset quantities and test cases. Licence and sending costs, purchased data, major content production, domain changes by third parties and ongoing campaign management are identified separately. Any CRM connection is explicitly scoped; a wider end-to-end process belongs in Connected Marketing & Sales Automation.
How bespoke engagements work →Before
we start.
Which automation platforms do you support?
We confirm fit for the named platform, required journeys and integrations during discovery before agreeing delivery.
Does this include campaign content?
We agree whether copy and design are supplied or included, along with specific asset quantities and review rounds. Large content programmes are scoped separately.
Will it connect with our CRM?
A named CRM connection can be included where agreed. If you need lifecycle design and a complete marketing-to-sales process across both systems, the connected-delivery service is the better starting point.
Do you manage campaigns after launch?
Implementation includes the agreed testing, documentation and handover. Subsequent campaign operation, optimisation or administration can be arranged separately.
