Lead Management & CRM Foundations
Create a clearer route from first response to a useful sales conversation.

Is this the right
next step?
Leads are entering your systems, but stages are unclear, ownership is inconsistent or follow-up depends on individual effort. Marketing and sales do not share the same view of what happens next.
For B2B SaaS teams with a CRM in place that need clearer lead definitions, handovers and operating rules. The core project covers one agreed lead-management journey and the systems involved in it.
Clear handovers.
Connected follow-up.
Duration and fixed fee are to be agreed once the scope and required inputs are clear.
Lifecycle and qualification model
Shared definitions for the agreed lifecycle stages, qualification criteria and the signals used to move a record forward.
Ownership and handover rules
Responsibilities, routing principles, follow-up expectations and feedback loops agreed between marketing and sales.
Workflow and data specification
Requirements for fields, routing, notifications, nurture and any simple scoring logic, with dependencies and data-quality issues identified.
Reporting and implementation brief
A reporting specification, prioritised setup backlog and operating guide, supported by a joint marketing and sales readout.
From the brief
to your next move.
- Map the current journey. Understand how records enter the systems and how people follow them up.
- Agree the operating rules. Define stages, ownership, qualification and feedback together.
- Specify the changes. Translate the rules into data, workflow and reporting requirements.
- Prepare the handover. Review the implementation backlog and operating guide with the people who will use them.
What we need.
What’s included.
What we’ll need from you
Access to the relevant CRM and marketing-system information, current lifecycle definitions and workflows, sample records or agreed reports, and the people responsible for marketing, sales follow-up and system administration.
Scope boundaries
The core package defines the journey and implementation requirements. Any hands-on configuration must name the platform, fields, workflows, integrations, testing and access arrangements in the agreed scope. Platform migration, major data cleansing, custom integration development, licences and ongoing administration are separate.
Before
we start.
Does this include CRM configuration?
The core deliverable is a clear operating model and implementation brief. If hands-on configuration is needed, we agree the named platform and specific changes before including that work.
Will this replace our CRM?
The starting point is making the existing journey work more clearly. A platform selection or migration project is a separate engagement.
Does this include lead scoring?
Where useful, we can define a simple scoring approach in the specification. Implementation and tuning depend on the evidence, data and platform available and are agreed in scope.
How long does it take and what does it cost?
Duration and fixed fee are to be agreed. We’ll confirm the scope, inputs, review points and timing before the engagement starts.

way forward.
